Player —
Skills: She is insanely smart - three PhDs is not a joke, she has a PhD in nanotechnology, bioengineering, and mechanical engineering. She's also self-taught in pediatric medicine and first aid. She's also very good with guns - hand-to-hand combat isn't a problem either, but guns are her preference (both tranq and regular).
Superpowers: Holiday has developed the ability to manipulate metal with her mind - it's a very specific form of telekinesis that allows her to continue her regular work at a greater speed and efficiency. It can also be used to create bullets out of scrap metal once she's mastered the powers better.
Limitations: She cannot create metal from earth, it has to already exist to be manipulated. She does have tiny machines inside her body, but they're way too small for her to manipulate them, so the metal needs to be at least big enough to see or feel. She does not have any powers of magnetism or heat, just moving metals around and changing their shape.

Character —
Character Name: Dr. Rebecca Holiday
Character Canon: Generator Rex
Character Age: 35
Canon Point: Early Season 3
Link to History: https://generatorrex.fandom.com/wiki/Rebecca_Holiday (this is not a very well written page and there's a bit of fan interpretation scattered throughout the canon stuff but the overall story is correct)
Inventory: Communicator in her ear, nanite scanner in her pocket, two pistols, one knife. Probably some bobby pins in her hair.

Personality —
- What were your character's most formative experiences?:
1. Her father died suddenly in 2002, while Rebecca was away and in school. She had a 9-year-old sister and an emotionally crushed mother so she had to learn to split her time between helping them and continuing her education. She was working on her second PhD at the time so it was not easy but hey - she sure managed just fine.
2. In 2005, the Nanite Event occurred - lab explosion in central Europe led to billions of nanites making their way into the bodies of every living thing on Earth. Rebecca already had her PhD in nanotechnology at the time and started to focus on that a little more. In 2006, Rebecca's younger sister Beverly (not even 14 years old) mutated into a giant, unstoppable spider monster (referred to as an EVO - Exponentially Variegated Organism). Beverly's mutation was intense and violent and their last conversation before it happened was a petty, sisterly argument.
3. At that time, in exchange for Beverly being kept alive, Rebecca started working for an organization called Providence. Providence captures/kills/studies EVOs in an attempt to learn more about them, but her initial position there was assisting a sadistic and sexist doctor in his disassembly of EVOs (especially ones that looked like her sister). Beverly now lives in a dark, locked cage referred to as The Hole and Rebecca visits her sister a few times a week to remind herself why she continues to stay with Providence.
4. In 2008, she met Agent Six and Rex - Rex, who can cure some EVOs back to their normal form - and took over as Chief Research Officer of Providence after the doctor she'd been working for tried to kill Rex and Six. Six trains Rex to fight, she handles Rex's medical/engineering needs (and also Six's medical needs even though she really shouldn't be the one doing that). Gradually she's fallen for Six and sees Rex like a son and she would do anything for them. Her feelings about them do not get in the way of her goals re: her sister.
5. Six almost died helping Rebecca cure her sister and then they finally went on a date. Two weeks later, he lost all of his memories from the last six years. A few weeks after that, Rex was shot forward in time and Providence was taken over by new management that Rebecca had no interest in working for. She, Six, and their boss White Knight left Providence to find Rex on their own. Six months later, Rex returned and she's currently balancing working towards a cure while avoiding/fighting against Providence and keeping Rex safe.
- What values, morals, and/or philosophies does your character live by, and how are those beliefs demonstrated? What happens when they have to compromise what they believe in? Holiday believes in the goodness of others very passionately. She likes to give most people the benefit of the doubt, excluding when they threaten her sister or her not-son (Rex). She will compromise her beliefs to protect the people she loves and she has done it many times before - working for an organization that she doesn't like or approve of in order to keep her sister alive.
- What is your character afraid of? How does avoiding or preventing these fears influence their actions and decisions? More than anything, she's afraid of failure. Afraid that her mistakes will lead to the deaths of others. Up until seven months ago, she was the Chief Research Officer at the largest nanite research organization in the world and constantly had eyes on her work - she was constantly scrutinized and constantly criticized for what she does, but she never let that get to her. She just wants to work and figure things out to help people. She's also, more specifically, desperately afraid of going EVO or that her sister will go EVO again after she was cured.
- What goals does your character have right now? What do they want, and how do they go about getting it? Holiday's main goal is to find a cure for incurable EVOs - hoping to find a cure for all EVOs as well, so that Rex doesn't have to spend his teen years working as a soldier anymore. She also wants to keep Rex safe from his enemies and his brother.
Gameplay —
Areas of Interest / Brainstorming: WELL I love superhero stuff and I saw there's another Generator Rex character here which could be very fun. Holiday may not technically be a superhero but she certainly saves lives every single day. Specifically, without her, 99.999% of non-EVOs would've died at the end of S1.
